SOUTHAMPTON CLINIC: We are conveniently located on Queens Terrace in the city-centre area of Southampton, next to the vibrant area of Ocean Village and Oxford Street, with plenty of convenient parking. Xavier G. Medi-Spa is situated in a beautiful Georgian (Grade 2) listed building overlooking the tree-lined Queens Park.

Fitzrovia, LONDON CLINIC: The clinic is located at Avanti Aesthetics and this beautiful clinic is very conveniently located at 140 New Cavendish Street and is close to 3 underground stations (Googe Street, Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street) so it is very accessible.

From the West - via West Quay Road (from M27 West/M271)

From the East - via the Itchen Bridge/Northam Bridge (from M27 East, A27)

From the North - via The Avenue (A33) to Terminus Terrace (from M3)

By Ferry from Isle of Wight

We're only a short hop from the ferry terminal at Town Quay.

Travelling By Rail

Southampton Central train station is only a short taxi ride from our clinic. Train services are available to Southampton from across the south coast and London. Call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50 for details of train times.

Parking

There are a number of convenient and inexpensive pay 'n' display car parks located very close to the clinic on; Queens Terrace (short stay up to 2 hours) and College Street and Orchard Place (longer stay). Street parking is also available on Platform Road, Oxford Street and Latimer Street.

Note: for some treatments you may need to park for more than 2 hours - please ask if you are unsure.

Travelling to Fitzrovia, London

Travelling By Rail & Tube

The beautiful clinic is very conveniently located at 140 New Cavendish Street and is close to 3 underground stations (Googe Street, Oxford Circus and Great Portland Street) so it is very accessible. When you arrive simply report to Reception and inform the team that you are there to see Dr Xavier.

Parking

Parking is available on street on Barret Street or James Street. There is also a large underground car park in Cavendish Square (operated by Q-Park) about a 10 minutes' walk.

Consultation times

Consultations are generally available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm but we may be able to offer you consultations at other times if these times are not suitable for you.

Children and infants

We regret that we are unable to accept children and infants in the clinic. We accept this might cause inconvenience but our considered reasons are as follows:

• We do need to ensure a quiet and respectful ambiance for all our clients and we do not have the facilities or physical space to stow buggies and prams in the clinic.
• The clinic contains furnishings and equipment that are delicate and may, if interfered with, pose a danger to children, whether unsupervised or supervised.
• As much as we love our kiddies, their natural curiosity and imaginative natures means their desire to explore may bring them into danger!
• Finally, for obvious safety reasons, children are not allowed in treatment rooms (needles, syringes, equipment etc!) and we are not able to supervise or be responsible for children if left in the waiting room.

It is therefore respectfully advised that we cannot accept children and infants in the clinic and ask that you arrange suitable childcare for the duration of your appointment.

Cancellation policy

If you want to cancel your appointment or change the time or date, we do ask you to give us at least 24 hours notice. If you do not turn up for a treatment consultation or give us 24 hours notice we will charge you £50 or half the cost of your booked treatment (whichever is greater). Once you have booked a treatment we may ask you for a deposit, depending on the treatment chosen.

Complaints and comments

We aim to satisfy our clients at all times. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service our team will do their very best to address your concerns straight away. MONITORING QUALITY - VOICE RECORDING
To help us monitor the quality of the service we provide as well as for your protection and the protection of our practitioners, please note that all calls to our clinic as well as consultations and treatments carried out may be recorded by audio voice recording equipment. These recordings are securely stored and their contents are not shared with any person or organisation outside our clinic without your written permission (except where needed for legal reasons). If this causes you concerns please do not hesitate to contact us for more information but please note our practitioners may refuse to treat or consult with you if audio voice recording is refused by you.
